Privacy notice
Information you provide
Kosmic Guide stores account identifiers, your birth profile, requested readings, course progress, conversations, and purchase references to provide the service.
Service providers
Clerk handles authentication, Stripe handles payments, and PostgreSQL stores application data. Payment card details are collected by Stripe. OpenAI processes the birth details and preferences needed for requested readings, and palm photos when you choose to submit them. Kosmic Guide saves the resulting text, not palm photos.
Analytics
We use PostHog cookies to measure page visits, completed steps, and purchases. Analytics do not include your birth details, questionnaire answers, photos, conversations, or reading text. We do not record sessions. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits from our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It does not receive your birth details, questionnaire answers, photos, conversations, or reading text.
Your account
You can update your birth details in Profile and manage your subscription in the billing portal.
Local preview
The local preview uses sample data saved in your browser. It does not make payments or create a live account.
